1. Services Provided
Cold Labz Studio LLC provides remote IT support, AI-assisted troubleshooting, technical consulting, and limited on-site services for individuals and small businesses.
Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Slow PC performance
- Printer issues
- Email and login problems
- Wi-Fi and connectivity issues
All services are provided remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. AI-Assisted Support
Cold Labz Studio LLC uses AI-powered tools to provide:
- Initial troubleshooting
- Information gathering
- Basic technical guidance
AI assistance does not guarantee resolution and does not replace human technical judgment.
Escalation to human support may require payment.
3. Payment Policy
- Payment is required before human-assisted remote support begins unless otherwise agreed.
- Pricing ranges typically between $45–$75 per session, depending on issue complexity.
- Accepted payment methods include Stripe, debit/credit cards, or other approved processors.
- Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension or late fees.
4. Remote Support Sessions
- Sessions are time-based, not outcome-based.
- Most escalated issues are resolved within 15–30 minutes, but resolution is not guaranteed.
- Clients must have:
- Stable internet access
- Functional hardware
- Required passwords and permissions
- Ability to follow instructions
Failure to meet these conditions does not qualify for a refund.
5. No Guaranteed Fixes
Cold Labz Studio LLC does not guarantee resolution of any issue.
Support efforts may be limited by:
- Hardware failure or age
- Internet Service Provider issues
- Third-party software or services
- Unsupported or obsolete systems
- External security restrictions
Time spent diagnosing, advising, or attempting resolution is billable.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are evaluated case-by-case and are not guaranteed.
Refunds may be considered only if:
- No measurable progress was made and
- The issue was clearly misdiagnosed by Cold Labz Studio LLC
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Completed or partially successful work
- Recurring issues caused by user actions
- Missing or incorrect credentials
- External factors outside our control
- Time spent diagnosing or consulting
7. Cancellations & No-Shows
- Sessions must be canceled at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time.
- No-shows or late cancellations may be billed in full.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Cold Labz Studio LLC is not responsible for:
- Data loss due to failing hardware
- Pre-existing system issues
- Client misuse or negligence
- Third-party software failures
- Internet or power outages
Clients are solely responsible for maintaining data backups.
9. Privacy & Security
- Cold Labz Studio LLC does not store passwords.
- Remote access tools are used only with client consent.
- Sessions are not recorded unless explicitly approved in writing by the client.
10. Service Limitations
Cold Labz Studio LLC reserves the right to decline service involving:
- Enterprise or proprietary systems
- Unsupported platforms
- Issues beyond reasonable remote troubleshooting scope
11. Agreement
By using our website, AI tools, or booking any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
12. On-Site Scope Clause
On-site services are provided only for the agreed scope of work. Additional requests require a new quote or written approval.
13. Pricing & Minimums
On-site services may be subject to minimum charges. Physical installations such as cable runs begin at $250. Final pricing is confirmed prior to service.
14. Access & Environment
The client is responsible for providing safe access to the work area, including power, workspace, and permissions required to complete the service.
15. Security Incidents
Security-related issues are handled on a best-effort basis to restore access and functionality. Cold Labz Studio does not guarantee data recovery or prevention of future incidents, but reasonable steps will be taken to secure affected systems during service.
