Remote Support Session Refund Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

You MAY qualify for a refund if:

  • No measurable progress was made during the session and
  • The issue was clearly misdiagnosed by our service

You do NOT qualify for a refund if:

  • The issue is caused by:
    • User error or repeated actions
    • Missing, incorrect, or unavailable passwords
    • Hardware failure or aging devices
    • Internet Service Provider issues
    • Unsupported or obsolete operating systems
    • External services or third-party software limitations
  • The issue was resolved but later reoccurs due to factors outside our control
  • The device or environment was not ready for troubleshooting

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion if:

  • The session ends early due to missing information or client unpreparedness

Time spent diagnosing, testing, or advising is billable.


No Refunds For:

  • Completed or partially successful work
  • Time spent diagnosing or consulting
  • Issues requiring:
    • Replacement hardware
    • Physical repair
    • Third-party intervention
  • Advice or guidance already provided
