Remote Support Session Refund Policy
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
You MAY qualify for a refund if:
- No measurable progress was made during the session and
- The issue was clearly misdiagnosed by our service
You do NOT qualify for a refund if:
- The issue is caused by:
- User error or repeated actions
- Missing, incorrect, or unavailable passwords
- Hardware failure or aging devices
- Internet Service Provider issues
- Unsupported or obsolete operating systems
- External services or third-party software limitations
- The issue was resolved but later reoccurs due to factors outside our control
- The device or environment was not ready for troubleshooting
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion if:
- The session ends early due to missing information or client unpreparedness
Time spent diagnosing, testing, or advising is billable.
No Refunds For:
- Completed or partially successful work
- Time spent diagnosing or consulting
- Issues requiring:
- Replacement hardware
- Physical repair
- Third-party intervention
- Advice or guidance already provided
